Description

In this workshop, we will step into the role of the Founding Council of the Vates Galaxy, responsible for shaping the fundamental laws that will govern the future Alliance Program. Building on the concepts introduced in the discovery session, this workshop shifts from exploration to co-creation.

We will collectively examine what an effective, scalable partner ecosystem should look like for Vates, from the high-level purpose of the Alliance Program to the concrete mechanics that make it work. You will help define: - The core mission and objectives of the Alliance Program - Membership structure and levels (who belongs where, and why) - The rules of value exchange: what partners bring, what Vates provides in return - Co-marketing, co-selling, and technical collaboration pathways - Revenue models, from referral frameworks to service distribution to potential marketplace concepts - Ecosystem governance principles that ensure fairness, clarity, and long-term sustainability

We’ll surface assumptions, reframe challenges, and identify where alignment exists, and where new thinking is needed. Expect to contribute directly to the blueprint of an Alliance Program that supports Vates’ mission, strengthens the ecosystem, and embodies the collaborative spirit of open-source infrastructure.
